Her name isn't in the tags of this post, so I think it's another character

It's a different character from their r18 doujinshi "Boku no Onee-chan/ My dear Sister is Mine". It's basically just Kinshi no Ane again but instead of beating around the bush they just go at it. I think she's called "Nene-san" and the brother's called "Toru-kun".
