Sadly, the Representation Matters crowd doesn't care. Apparently, even Fanmade Race Swaps can also be categorized as being that certain Character.

I'm on your side. I agree with you. As far as I know, this is just a Fanmade Race Swap, not an "Official" Nagatoro Character (let alone Nagatoro herself, despite what the Artist may say about Chocotoro being a Race Swapped Version of her). Unfortunately, Velma pretty much turned the World of Storytelling on it's head, and now even Race Swaps can still be considered being that Character.

She is still a variant of the original Nagatoro and should be tagged as such. In fact, an implication should be made between these tags. Not to mention that this is obviously a self-aware parody. Regardless of whether you like or hate it, none of the humor would work if Chocotaro was a completely separate character.
