Is this really Touhoku Kiritan, or is it just Youmu cosplaying as her?
Uploader here. The artist didn't added any cosplay or Youmu tags on Pixiv, so I don't think so. Besides, the artist is clearer when Youmu is making a cosplay of another character (See post #7496217 for example).
