Me? Not really. Only in terms of accurately tagging and categorizing things do I usually think about these kinds of things. When I said safe side, I meant more in line with safely tagging it correctly.
There are 3 possible categories this image could fall under though (trap, newhalf (by my understanding of the term for images), & futanari). If it's a trap, then the character is male, so they'd lack a vagina and breasts. If it's a futanari then it should also have breasts and a vagina. If it's a newhalf then it should have breasts, but no vagina. It is of course hard to tell if you can't see all 3 important parts, not that that all matters though. I don't think we have anything that covers a newhalf as far as I'm aware (though perhaps some lumped into the futanari tag), so if it has breasts and a penis it'll likely end up under the futanari tag.
I think the default position for human is heterosexual. So I would say that everyone is heterosexual until proven otherwise. However, there's no white and black in the area of sexuality since much of it has to do with culture as well as the definition of male, female and whatever you guys were talking about.
