I don't know what idiot started measuring breasts size by head size, but think about what we measure together in the real world to measure bra cup size.
They look pretty large though, so it's only reasonable to, well, call them large.
Yes but "large" is subjective. Personally they look medium to me. Also I'd rather follow the wiki definition to tag with more consistency.

Go discuss definitions in the forums then. If you convince enough people that a change in breast size definitions is necessary then I'll be happy to follow.
These breasts are around half the volume of a sphere with the same diameter as the face, which puts them as medium breasts.
You measured them incorrectly. Each breast is roughly the same size as the face, which puts them right at the lower bound of large breasts. This is a borderline case, so it's okay to be a bit subjective for this one.
