Enna said that they were all busy and could not contribute. Keep chugging that copium, they prefer having a steady paycheck that lets them stream full-time over streaming part-time as an indie and needing to work a normal job to make ends meet.

Last I heard Niji talents don't get a paycheck, unlike Holo members, so they're entirely dependent on the success of their channel, and NijiEN at least gets almost no monetary support for projects, if every single person to leave the company so far is to be believed, so they have to pay out of pocket for basically anything they want to try to improve their growth. Niji sure as hell doesn't care about helping them grow.

You're also forgetting that these aren't nobodies, if they left Niji a good portion of their fanbase would follow, so they would be considerably better off than most fresh indies.

one of my favorite genre of youtube videos is ex niji livers being amazed at having helpfull managers and decent working conditions everywhere else they go, even the ones that decided to stay indy

It really says a lot about what it's like working for Niji as a non-Japanese when a manager doing the literal bare minimum of their job description is like magic to you. The JP branch isn't without its own problems, but at least they seem to actually get some modicum of support.

You're also forgetting that they are under contract. They can't "race each other to who leaves first."

I heard it literally from the talents' own mouths, but go off. Holo talents get a monthly salary, Niji talents don't get a salary. They profit off the success of their channel and nothing else just like any indie, and if you're part of EN you don't even get management support, so the only apparent advantage you get from Niji is brand recognition, and that's rapidly deteriorating.

Weird, cause Vox Akuma literally said himself you can graduate whenever you want. Yet, Selen's requests to graduate were completely ignored until she was terminated without even being informed beforehand. So which is it? Can they leave or not?

Considering plenty of Nijintalents have graduated outside of the "contract renewal period" I'm inclined to believe that they can in fact leave whenever they want (unless management wants to torture you. See: Selen Tatsuki) with the only limitation being, and we know this limitation exists, that only one talent can graduate per month.

"We know this limitation exists" despite Nijisanji having mutliple mass graduations in the past in the KR and ex-ID branches? Please do not repeat speculation (that does not align with what evidence that exists) as fact.

Mass graduations because the whole whole branch dies, there soon will be a mass graduation in EN if they keep going the way they are going

I heard it literally from a talent's own mouth that Elira has broken the laws of nature and impregnated every single member of EN, men, and women. See how easy it is to make up something and slap "I heard it literally from a talent's own mouth?" Doesn't mean anything at all buddy.

Also considering that you don't know when Nijisanji's contract renewal period is or when the talents signed their first contracts to begin with, this means nothing and does not disprove my point. They have to go through a process to graduate, they can't just say; "I'm graduating today, bye." lrn2read

Alright, fine. Here's a clip of Gundou Mirei saying outright that talents don't receive fixed pay. They don't get salaries. Literally everyone has known they don't get a "steady paycheck" for years. Now, this is from 3 years ago, and it's possible things have changed since, but Nijisanji is deathly allergic to spending money, so I doubt it.

On the KR and ID branch graduations, do you have dates on all of them? It's surprisingly hard to find, but what I have found shows at least two weeks minimum between each announced graduation, with most being one per month, even when they were announced within the same notice. They definitely don't let people just graduate all at once. You said it yourself, there's a process, and that process clearly limits how often talents can willingly leave. I sincerely doubt Kyo just so happened to tell management he wanted to graduate only after Pomu graduated, and just so happened to be scheduled to leave almost one month after she did. It looks bad when talents graduate too often, and if you're allowing them farewell activities then it doesn't make sense to allow them to happen at the same time, it creates a scheduling conflict for the other talents and their audiences.

Unless you can show me multiple graduations happening closer than two weeks apart, that don't involve talents that just ceased all activities altogether and didn't do the usual 2-4 weeks of farewell streams, I'm going to keep believing Niji limits how often graduations can occur, because everything they've put out, that I could find, proves this.
