The source actually has larger pics than this resolution, same for the other Beidou x Kazuha pics from this artist. That should be checked.
Most, if not all, of the uploader's posts are unsourced samples (with at least one being an unsourced paid reward instead). You can check his tag history if you want, and ask for a replacement in the forum.
