Well that's obviously because of the lack of an anus to put them into. In all seriousness though, there's also the arms just disappearing, BS's stubby left arm with the impossible bend at the elbow (impossible because the torso would get in the way), her ass and legs being completely detached from the torso, the random cards and CR's fucked up knee on the right.
