There apparently is, but it's poorly named and tagged only on post #4810854, and I can see arguments for and against tagging it in that post. I think the tag itself is a good idea, but it needs a qualifier such as "_(sexual)" so it isn't used to tag the other kind of grooming.

Honestly grooming is a bit dramatic. She doesn't seem to be that much older than him, and without the rest of the context it's impossible to really say. If it makes you uncomfortable and FEELS like grooming I get that , but that isn't necessarily the artist's intent.
