Probably, since they are putting Cirno in the new fighting game. Maybe now she'll finally have some respect.
Or she's probably going to end up as a extra character like Meiling from IaMP.

Since she's on the case i don't think she'll be a joke character.

Maybe or maybe not. ZUN might decide to break tradition for once and make the case character a joke when compared to the rest of the cast. I just hope he's more kinder to Meiling and give her a boost or two.

Judging by the game's title I'm more inclined to think Cirno'll be a gamebreaker.

I'm sad to say: She isn't. Cirno is pretty low tier.
