あけましておめでとう！/ Happy new year!

I may be late to say this but, once again, Happy new year!

My older sister bought me a book about Japanese folk tales as a Christmas gift. I started trying to teach myself how to speak Japanese last year, so I am very glad that she bought this book for me. Although teaching myself is very difficult, I will still try my best.

This drawing of Nian was supposed to be done last month, but I only managed to finish it now. Coincidentally, 2024 is the year of the dragon! I didn't know that before starting this drawing but it's nice that I managed to finish it this year.

I tried applying some new techniques this time. I hope you may like it.
