These 4-komas are usually about game mechanics stuff in the "Great Tankery Operation" mobile game, but this one seemed a little less obscure in its subject matter than most. Also, Darj and Nonna have really nice outfits! I was trying to get the character card of Darjeeling in that outfit, but the drop rates are super low unless you want to spend a lot of real money.
