Most of the time, uploaders adding 'loli' content, wont add the tag so that they wouldnt be able to see it. Gold account restrictions and all that.

That wouldn't apply to this uploader, and iirc that doesn't actually apply to any uploader anymore. Users' own uploads aren't hidden from them based on their user level.
