Because we don't ban content based on how offensive other users may find it. Unless there's something wrong with the actual quality of the image, it has as much right as any other post to stay active.

If you don't want to see race-swapping art, then you can put one of the following in your blacklist:
alternate_skin_color dark_skin
alternate_skin_color -colored_skin

Telling these people how to avoid content they don't like is pointless. They don't just want to avoid it-they think that if they complain enough, artists will stop making it.

Asia is a continent, and should basically always be capitalized in proper English. White is just a color most of the time. That being said, there has been some amount of discourse with regards to the capitalization of black and white in racial contexts, mostly by media outlets trying to be politically conscious, but even so, that practice is very far from being nearly as widely known/followed as the capitalization of continent names and other such proper nouns, so I highly doubt it was at all done with the intention to be derogatory. You're perceiving malice where there is none.
