Well judging by the blood and the hammer in the before pic I'm assuming the one who consumed the shower beers is no longer with us.
I presume this is the dad who had the shower beers, because the picture on her phone is clearly a reference to an earlier piece where she pulls the plug of his life support. This does go well with her evident improved state.
