I'm more worried about Iori, stock slaps are just as deadly as bullets. and that was to the back of the neck, the most vulnerable part of any anatomy.

It's not like they specifically are immune to bullets, but rather ridiculously tough in general, this won't break her neck.

Edit: Neru had her legs broken and multiple torn ligaments and was still able to fight, along with being mostly healed up only a couple days later. Granted, she is among the tougher one, but still.

Makoto survived a crashing blimp and Hina (among others) survived a ballistic missile. I think Iori will be fine, aside from being very sore.
