That doesn't change what I said though? Hololive members are free to mention Rushia's name if they want. If you are able to use the Hololive sub reddit you can make a post about Rushia. She's not a taboo name in the community.

The only ones that are "redacted" are those from a certain disbanded branch, if only not to cause anymore drama about them.
Ru-chan is more of a case of technically deleted. The peanut gallery can talk about her all they wish (mostly). The company has to treat her as if she never existed, at the very least for legal reasons.
