This is probably referencing Ran's dialogue with Yuuma in UDoALG, where Yuuma mentions that Ran is an old friend of hers, and they used to run together back before the Gouyoku Alliance was around. Apparently Ran left Animal Hell (and proceeded to become Yukari's shikigami) because she was disgusted by Yuuma's violence and cruelty.
