even then I have twins for cousins and one of them has had a growth spurt and the other never got it so there's like a 2 inch difference in height but otherwise they're identical so, circumstances are a bitch

Late to the party, but no: Even people born as identical twins can differ in height, weight, and size to a degree because of nutritional and environmental differences in their development. Maybe not this drastic, but it's within the realm of possibility.
