AI Image used as a reference? Maybe. THe image itself doesn't look generated itself. The coloring is too messy to be AI.

Just look at the hand above her head... Also you clearly never worked with generative AI models if you think AI can't create messy coloring

The artists have always drawn hands like that -with the rigid long fingers. Even before AI use was rampant. All you can say is that they're not the greatest at drawing hands. They've also released their PSD files on their Fanbox of years. The hair is clearly hand painted with the inconsistent light weights. As I said, all you can say is that they're using a AI reference possibly.
