It's the forced perspective. It's a bit off in a few places, but the easiest to identify is the feet. The left foot looks a bit too big in comparison to the right, which is suggested to be closer in perspective based on the low angle and the size of her torso and arms vs the right leg, specifically the calf and foot. Makes the full picture look a bit off.
