For context, the Titan Submersible was controlled by using a modified logictech controller.

Kivotos students are quite durable

after all is said and done this was 1 suicide and 4 homicides

Two mistakes, though I'm not sure either is worthy of the error tag -- the controller in this picture is an official Xbox controller, instead of a Logitech controller; and the sub is depicted in one piece, when it imploded less than halfway down to the Titanic.

If anyone else thinks that either reason is good enough for the error tag, feel free to add it. I'm not adding it myself, because I'm not 100% sure it's applicable.

The logitech controller is a fair point because that was known at the time of this drawing, but the state of the submersible was not.
