Not really, look at the shadowing compared to the 'sun' position, right hand's fingers, difference between her left and right eye style, lack of detail in the (anatomical) left breast side of swimsuit, barely-there bikini shoulder strap and the strange color mismatch between her shoulders and her trunk. AI probably took several images with suntan on the limbs and pale trunk, merged it into the other picture and created that gradient.
