I swear there's a Japanese word to describe this specific pose, back turned, dropping clothing down, nude. If I can't find the word I'll make a tag or pool.

It also returns about a thousand other things. If this exact pose has a name, and I've seen it enough times to not be surprised if it does, then I don't think it would hurt anything to make a tag for it.
