    It's the opposite way!

    In chinese, “非常” is usually meant "very" or "extraordinary" , but never used to mean "emergency".
    Instead, “应急” means "emergency" in chinese

    But in japanese, “非常” has both the meaning of "emergency" and "extraordinary"

    I guess the guy above me just had a little problem expressing it. I know it tho since I'm Chinese
