Isn't that Mig-15? This can't be WW2, unless it's a special alternate history scenario by the author.

That, or it's actually some Cold War-era battlefield ie. Korean War.

Haha, yeah. I don't know why I immediately went for alternate histories, when obviously there were real conflicts as well, even one as huge as the Korean War.
