Speaking "seriously," if that's really what you want, breasts that are larger than a person's head is not "improper anatomy." It's unrealistic, fictional, anatomy, but it's not improper. "Fictional" is the key word here. It's not real. It's fictional. It's artistic liberty/ stylization.
"Improper anatomy" would be if the breasts were perfectly spherical orbs that just stick out to the sides. As if someone took two yoga balls and glued them to a mannequin. If the breasts however, have proper sagging, shape, physics, and whatever other relevant traits, then the anatomy is by all accounts "proper," even if it's not exactly "realistic" anatomy.
This is an extremely basic concept in art and fictional media.
Also, there are thousands of images on this site where women have breasts twice as large as their head, but the artist actually took great care in drawing them "realistically." "Hrrrm. If a women had breasts as big as their head in real life, how would they look like?"
Also, I'm pretty sure most of the people who come to this site, do so specifically cause they want to fap and fulfill their fetishes. What do expect? It's anime. Anime has been pretty damn fetishy since it's inception.

Bullshit. I seen boobs in this site much bigger than in that image. Seen also bigger dicks too. Not realistic but some just horny to draw that off.

The only unrealistic thing here is the proportion of the breasts compared to the girl's corpulence, it's unrealistic to have breasts this size without being at least plump, but this breast size absolutely does exist in the real world, they're not even that rare
Huge breasts have gone up to 184K, Gigantic breasts have gone up to 8K. People on Danbooru like their "fetishistic depictions of unrealistically large breasts."
