    Left this partially translated since Rosehip is literally saying ladle/tadpole/musical note, which doesn't make sense given the context. So either she's saying the wrong word, or おたましゃくし has another hidden slang meaning.

    Edit:

    According to someone who asked the artist on Twitter, only Rosehip knows what she means. So I just translated it simply as "tadpole", as someone suggested that it could be her referencing the baby.
