I guess that since they usually release these outfits in threes, and the Duck, Hippo, and Leopon crews all have four people, they are going to go through the crew positions sequentially with representatives from each crew.

I was also going to mention that the above 3 all have something in common, namely they are all the tank commanders for their particular team (as alluded to by HawkeyNFO). Team Hippo is a little different from the rest however, in that the tank commander and the team leader are different people: Erwin is the tank commander, and Caesar is the team leader (ref: post #1293500). That's why Erwin sits in the commander seat inside the tank, but it's always Caesar that is attending the strategy meetings along with the other team leads.
