While I do love the design, just how accurate are these leaks? HoYo is usually really secretive on any info about the other nation getting out especially when it comes to the Archon's, at least until it comes time to start teasing us with info here and there. Besides wouldn't they have forced down any real leaks by now, and its China so the punishment for leaking anything early is likely pretty dame extreme. The poor bastard who leaked this if its real probably lost a finger or two.
Hell, the punishment for leaking anything really major like the identities of the other descenders, or the final drafts on the Cryo Archon, would probably be death, and eternal dishonor to one's family. What I'm trying to get at is just how sure are we these leaks are real? Personally, I don't like to be spoiled on anything before its time for release.

It's 95% accurate. HoYo has special method of detecting leaker by putting slightly different designs for the same character on each tester's gamefile. If you see the final design slightly changes from what's leaked in beta, that's because the 'final' design was already selected beforehand, and those with slightly different design was just bait.
With this wave of leak however, it's leaked from a MHY employee (that's leaking it to a third party, Team China, but their discord got broken in and then all the images got leaked). Since each developer also apparently under that leak-prevention mechanics, you'll see some of the designs got pixelated to prevent the dev (which is the victim in this recent leak's case) identity hidden.
Also, can't help but double-take her as Diana Cavendish.
