So they can't be sisters. Additionally, Female Morgan is the only character in Awakening who gets her hair color from her mother, rather than the father. Thus,

Also true. I actually married a chrom!Kjelle in my first play through. Don’t know how I forgot.

The only thing the artist tagged was lucina_(fire_emblem) and morgan_(fire_emblem)_(female). So that's all there is to work with here.

Uh,it just seems like the most straightforward conclusion would be the safest bet here. But, it’s all speculation so anything can be done. I know what MY “headcanon” is.

Since this is more or less what you would expect from the Oyakodon tag, and there's nothing against it, I would say it's a safe bet.
