Ryuho lactating everywhere is really erotic but the bottle on the left really confuses me. It looks like spray bottle but with a giant funnel for a spray nozzle?? The handle doesn't look very ergonomic looking either. I've spent more time thinking about how it's suppose to function than fantasizing about all that delicious milk.

That would be because it's a pump for breast milk, not a spray bottle.

Thanks for the info, it almost looks like it says 'Pigeon' on the bottle. I looked it up and after seeing some rather detailed images, it's function makes a lot more sense now ... it still looks like a spray bottle though.
