A meme in which a character (usually female) censors herself in a mirror selfie by holding her finger in such a way that the finger and the reflection of the finger block the view of the reflections of the vulva and nipples, respectively. The meme originated with pixiv #58470507 (post #2455356), first posted in mid-August 2016.
The pose was infamously proven to be physically possible by a male anon in a thread on 4chan's /a/. Since late November 2016, the challenge had gone viral.

meme /mēm/ noun 1. an element of a culture or system of behavior that may be considered to be passed from one individual to another by nongenetic means, especially imitation. 2. a humorous image, video, piece of text, etc., that is copied (often with slight variations) and spread rapidly by internet users.
Aside from being humorous, it fits both official definitions of the word "meme" so clearly whatever your narrow definition of a meme is is wrong.
