There're already character tags for voice actors, so I'll proceed to appropriating the tags.
That said, itt's also been mentioned in the Youtube description.

I'm removing Mori Taishi's tag since he only did the original character designs. You do not actually see any of their direct artwork in this clip. Hechima's tag can stay as she directed/storyboarded it and supervised the animation and drawings.

There are several animators credited (both key animators and in-betweeners). There is also staff for the background art, compositing, CG, and so on, whose artwork is all visible in the video.

I am not entirely sure what the standard procedure on Danbooru is for tagging professional (non-indie) animation productions, but in my opinion, all of those people deserve a tag. In the meantime, I have copied the full credits from Studio Colorido's website here for posterity:
