    Thanks to my dietary restrictions, I've stopped eating as much as I say I do. I guess it isn't so much that I'm eating less, but that my mind that subconsciously counting calories and putting a limiter on me. :-) It feels like most of this weight was water. Having pork rib noodles in the middle of the night like I did in the old days is out of the question now. (^^;)

    And so, today ends the Dieting Chapter. To put it bluntly, I lost 20 kg!

    He explained that he ran out of materials during the lockdown, and he's gotten out of the habit since.

    post #5581263 says as much, and he spent about a year two years ago with intermittent updates.
