In Soviet Russia you can't expect anyone to do what they should do. I mean, Centre for Combating Extremism actually combats opposition instead of terrorists. FSB fights against especially dangerous forms of crime and, you know, draft dodging could be such a dangerous form of crime...

p.s. Left girl has an emblem of Alpha Group. Right girl has an emblem very similar to flag of Baklanov that was used in Women's battalions in 1917, but it's not for sure, maybe some other skull_and_crossbones.
