Looks pretty similar to the CFA-44 in AC. I'm not too sure about macross, but was the CFA-44 inspired by the YF-30?

Nah, the Nosferatu was introduced in AC6, which came out roughly six years before Macross 30. Shoji Kawamori did design the ASF-X Shinden II though.

basically Shoji Kawamori probably asked Project Aces if he can incorporate the Nosferatu into Macross given what one of the Nosferatu's special weapon is knownfor is probably a no brainer pick in exchange for the Shinden

I very much doubt it. Assault Horizon came out 16 months before Macross 30 did.
Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar and it likely isn't any more complicated than Project Aces asking Kawamori to design something for them back in 2011.
