On top of that, for, Irys her design is very fiddy, her hair alone is three different layers with four gradients, her costume is amazingly complex and she's also got the most animated accessories of all the Holomemes, as for Ame, she's just a skilled troubleshooter and content creator, most of the stuff she introduced, like the smols were intro'd as either jokes or one off content that fans enjoyed.

You wanna know the likely truth? Ayame streams a lot less than most of the other girls, the talents are practically harassed by their managers to take care of themselves, 100% Hololive would allow Sana to continue streaming as little as she needed. But I doubt that sat right with her. With her injury, she probably wouldn't have been able to participate in group events, like concerts, or any lengthy collab. I seriously doubt Hololive, with all that we've heard about them, pressured her into graduating, or whatever the fuck you think is going on. They probably offered her alternatives, and she chose to graduate. For her art career, or because she wouldn't be satisfied with her vtubing career under her limitations, I can only speculate.

The official press release indicated that the graduation was 100% Sana's idea, much like Coco's graduation, they mentioned that several people, Yagoo probably included since he considers his talents almost like daughters, negotiated with Sana for a very long time, probably offering her several compromises, either higher pay for lighter stream content, or some level of compromise when it comes to 3d content or collabs. But Sana had the final say, which I appreciate from Yagoo, who gives his talents that level of control over their contracts, unless something extraneous happens. (Like Rushia.)

She is a frigging famous gacha artist too. She is been paid BUTTLOAD of money as well too for it, and has to choose between those 2 jobs too. While i agree the back injury play a bigger role on this and is the main reason, her job demand also a lot of time , including care about your well being as well. And this comes from an artist who has to care about health recently because of muscular atophy. And even if Hololive give her a lot of fun as well, been not able to work properly in either is hard and depressing, mainly to get a condition who can possibly get even wrong and end up paraplegic as well too. Also Cover BEG Sana to stay as well but she refuse too, similar to Coco, since this is not a situation like Aloe (getting harrassed for said some stupid shit) or Rushia (getting terminated for 1 simple mistake and trust issues) even if Cover literally had to make it for avoid bigger problems.
