Aren't they a bit late on this? She played the evil Queen in the Alice in Wonderland style event they're doing right now. Except the event is already half over.

From a marketing point of view it's quite dumb to release and sell all of your skins at once specially in this particular case when she would had to compete for sales against Joffre and Shimakaze and as a company you don't want to be competing against yourself.

I assume the skin was meant for the event and didn't get made in time
