That's what I love about the "Witchblade" anime, Amaha Masane is so sweet a character when she's "powered down." I mean, Sara Pezzini may kick ass in the American version, but there's no real difference between when the gauntlet is active or not. Masane is like a little girl in a woman's body, but her maternal instincts are so strong that, even before she gets the gauntlet, she is jumping out of moving cars and leaping from helicopters to be with her "daughter."

Keep in mind that Witchblade Masane and normal Masane are like two different people. Pezzini was concisous when she put on the gauntlet and when it was off. There's more of a Jeykl/Hyde relationship in this new Witchblade.

I wish it had ended better . . . .

This is a great shot! This is probably the most tamest piece this guy has done. Considering the last doujin he did. Which is dedicated to big breasted females. It's a funny cover. Cause it ain't about 'Masane' it's about 'Shiori'.
But yeah that look on her face does make her look like a big kid. Cause DAMMIT she IS!!!
