On this day, the web browser "Internet Explorer" is shutting down for good. After 27 years of service, Microsoft is officially retiring and ending the support for IE.

Internet Explorer was the first web browser I ever used as a child, growing up in the 2000s. These days I use Microsoft Edge a lot, and that was after a decade of never thinking I'd ever use a Microsoft browser ever again. It's kind of crazy how that has worked out.
