I tried to match up the tags between the two of them as best as possible, since there were some differences. Main one I wonder about is the "tie between breasts", since that seems possibly fitting? Though it was removed from the other one so I'm not sure.

Edit: Also I can't tell if the other character is supposed to be..."Cheona"? I noticed in other art she's paired with Janghwa and this style of service clothing, but her necktie is usually white.

I think the "tie between breasts" tag is one of the related tags for the character. It looked applicable, but it's just on top. This was a situation where two people were uploading at the same time (Erytropus and myself), so we each got one of a pair, and tags were merged.
