She looks French with that rigging. In fact, so many of this event's girls look French, with all that white and gold.

Notable details:
Only J-class (so far) without a crown.
Also, her white dress&tights combo is more similar to Jersey and Jupiter than Jabbers or Juno. Implying that Jabbers and Juno are perpetually out-of-uniform, the slackers.

The cross on her nurse cap is a de facto crown... pretty clever design.
