That's Dawn in the background, not May.

I'm skeptical of tagging this as molestation. There's no way to tell with the level of detail where that guy's hand actually is in relation to Dawn. There's no evidence that it's not just a trick of perspective.

Alright then. I removed it.
It looks like one to me, but if it's hard to tell, then it's okay.

It's inconspicuous enough that I doubt that anyone actually searching for molestation would want to see it, or that anyone blacklisting the tag would even care.

If the guy isn't grabbing Dawn's ass, then why were either of them drawn in the background at all?

I'm sure he's molesting Dawn, because it would totally fit the artist to draw a police officer enjoying a burger while a crime is being committed in the background.
