Now, I don't know much about Asian cuisine, but is Koa pouring mustard on her Okonomiyaki? From what the tag says, its a savory Japanese pancake, so I don't expect it to be sweet or anything, but is it meaty?

Might just be mayonnaise That's a pretty common topping for okonomiyaki.
