Does anyone know the origin of this outfit? I've seen it a lot (girls_und_panzer pink_dress rabbit_ears), but it's not an outfit from Great Tankery Operation as far as I know.

After poking around on the GuP wiki for a while, I saw this Easter-related picture:

It is only listed as coming from "Supplemental Material", but it looks like some official art image from Megami Magazine or an art book.

Oh wow, yeah, that's it. It's already been uploaded as post #3046834 as well. The reason I couldn't find it was that it was poorly tagged, or at least, it wasn't tagged with pink dress. >_<
