She actually has a lot, you just have to rest at every single site of grace to find them. Which I didn't because I rarely needed to with how often the game refills your flasks.
Tbh, I didn't even USE most of those summons after I got Lhutel. As for Torrent...I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with him considering his random desire to have ankles made of glass.

Can't you only do that if you inherit the Flame of Frenzy? Since we have it and live to tell the tale, then doesn't that mean that we are now fit to survive? At least that's how I interpret it.

Do the questline to get Miquella's Needle, grab the flame of frenzy right before you go to forge of giants so Melina doesn't have to sacrifice herself, and then use the needle at Crumbling Farum Azula. That way even though Melina leaves you, she stays alive and you can pursue Ranni's ending.

Still bugs me there is no alternative way to get Melina back but there is an alternative if you do the normal way and do the Frenzy ending Melina appears to hunt you

I wouldn't know. I haven't done it. Fuck, if anyone could be burned just to feed the flames, I would gladly accept the option to push the SHITEATER down there or Seluvis's corpse. Would have been funny too.
