Oh man her arm and leg are probably going to have a severe case of pins and needles (technical term paresthesia) when she gets feeling back in them. That would probably be both wonderful and annoying for her.
Because her vision and sensation in the new hand had yet to return, it apparently hadn't sunk in for her yet, but it appeared that the nerves in her fingers had already started to awaken.
