When I saw this post attracting numerous comments I was expecting something about poor timing regarding Russian-theme military maneuvers (boy this event could not have been timed worse), but I'm glad it was something pretty innocuous.

Are you seriously only comparing the characters? The entire composition is strikingly similar. There's literally a character in the back holding a weapon just like Arkhangelsk is and facing the same direction she is.
It doesn't need to be identical to clearly have taken inspiration from it.

Be it inspired, that's not the same as the first poster claiming it's PLAGIARIZED.
This is pretty extravagant for a bunch of communists.
Technically they're not communists, they use the vernacular but the Northern Parliament is mostly like all the other factions aside from the Ironblood, being a KASEN oligarchy run by a ship girl.
