Anyone ever wonder what the other student council members think of Makoto and Jokers relationship?
Assuming you chose to romance her, wouldn't it look it look kind of odd to the rest of the student body to discover the perfect student council president, and top honor student. To be in a relationship with the criminal exchange student with all kinds of insane rumors surrounding him. I can only imagine the funny and sometimes insulting misunderstandings that would come out of it.

Well if it's in student council environment they would just ignore it professionally as if nothing happened, but personally of course people would talk on her back but remain the same attitude and again pretend as if nothing happened. I had this one friend of mine, she was the students classes representatives and same things happened, and nobody cares honestly

That is a real world example, and it dose not take into account the events that happened during the bank palace with the mob boss. To the common student looking on from the outside, you would hear rumors that Makoto was investigating the rumors of the students being blackmailed, and more rumors that the criminal transfer student may be involved.
Then some time later Makoto seems distracted and has little free time after classes, soon after you hear from an overly loud and flashy girl that Makoto is dating the transfer student. However no one can confirm if its true, people do notice that she is often seen with the group of "trouble makers" and the transfer student. With the way the students act at that school they would most likely jump to conclusion, and think that Makoto is being blackmailed. Imagine the looks on their faces when they learn the truth.

You're horribly misrepresenting the student body solely based on events prior to Kamishida getting his ass jailed. During his confession he admitted to being the one behind the vicious rumors and harrasing Ann. Yes, the students still think Joker is a delinquent but that's because it's hard to change public perception once it's settled in. There won't be any rumors and nobody will care.

Exactly that's what I'm getting at, wouldn't it be funny to see a group of students kneeling in front of Makoto with large lumps on their heads after trying to "save" her from the "evil" transfer student. Just to have her get pissed off at them for badmouthing Joker again, I have always found situations like that to be funny cause the observing group never really knows what's going on and just kind of jump the gun.
I sincerely expected some more "development" with the student body. You can get top grades every test season, and yet they never stop to question themselves about how the brutal criminal delinquent is the best student in class. Of course, there is quite less interaction with members of the student body in this Persona title, but still...
